We need to charge a registration fee of €340 to cover parts of our costs. This fee includes access to the full conference programme, as well as lunch, dinner and coffee breaks. The fee does not cover accommodation. 

Accommodation must be booked individually. We have reserved a block of rooms at the conference hotel, priced at €125 per night including breakfast. Rooms can be booked using the keyword ‘Universität zu Lübeck’. As there are only a limited number of rooms available on site, participation will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.

• Registration closes on February 11th, 2026
• Room reservation ends as soon as all rooms are booked, at latest on February 11th, 2026
