Title: "Modelling and simulation of brain perfusion in a flow network"
Abstract: In vivo quantification of perfusion is highly useful for diagnostics and treatment planning. However, validity of current perfusion models are limited to whole ROI analysis, and are not suitable for quantification of perfusion and other physiological parameters in a distributed network of flow. In this presentation I will present a brain perfusion model that at first it used for generating a digital brain perfusion phantom, and later will be used for inverse reconstruction of physiological parameters.
